Look at where the application actually goes. A company claiming to be a "fast-growing leader" with zero discoverable employees or history is almost never what it says it is.

Does the role appear on the company's own careers page? If a posting exists only on a third-party aggregator and nowhere on the employer's official site, it may be scraped, stale, or fabricated. Conversely, finding the same role on the company's careers page is a strong positive signal that the hiring is real and current.
