How We Score Every Listing

Every job shown above carries a Realness Score — a 0–100 rating that estimates how likely the posting is to be a genuine, currently open role at a real company. We don't just repost listings from other boards. Each one is evaluated against multiple legitimacy signals before it reaches this page, so you spend your application energy where it actually has a chance of leading somewhere.

What the score looks at

Company verification. Listings from organizations with a verifiable web presence, employee footprint, and consistent identity score higher than postings from vague or unfindable “companies.”

Posting freshness. Roles posted or refreshed recently are more likely to represent active hiring. Listings that have sat unchanged for months are common “ghost jobs” and are scored down accordingly.

Description quality. Genuine postings describe specific responsibilities, requirements, and team context. Generic templates that could apply to any role at any company are a red flag.

Salary plausibility. Pay that is wildly out of line with market data for the role, location, and seniority — in either direction — lowers the score.

Source reliability. Listings traced to a company's own careers page are weighted more heavily than third-party reposts that may be stale or republished without permission.

How to use this page

Sort by the score badge on the left of each card. Green (70+) means strong legitimacy signals; yellow (40–69) means apply with a quick verification first; red (under 40) means treat with skepticism. Use the search box to filter by job title or keyword and add a location to narrow results. A free account unlocks 10 scored searches per day across all 20 of our sources, plus a score-threshold filter so weak listings never clutter your results.

A score is a prioritization tool, not a guarantee. No automated system catches every scam, and an occasional legitimate role may score lower than it deserves. Always confirm the company independently and never provide financial or identity information before a real interview.
